How to Use the State Guides

Select a state to view its citizen’s guide and its crash calculators. Each state uses the same structure so the differences in insurance transparency, post-crash billing pressure, and reform opportunities are easier to compare.

Replace each flag image path with your actual uploaded asset location. If your crash calculator slugs use a different naming convention, swap only the `href` values and keep the card structure unchanged.
